1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the kb99 website accessible at https://kb99.io, including all associated pages, services, tools, games, and features made available to registered users.
• "kb99", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the kb99 platform and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and service providers.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the kb99 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual player account created upon successful registration on the kb99 platform.
• "Balance" means the total BDT funds held within a player's kb99 account at any given time, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet tokens, or incentive amounts credited to a player's account subject to wagering requirements and promotional terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount that must be staked before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, represented by the symbol ৳.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering policies and procedures as applicable under relevant laws and regulations.
• "Terms" means these Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time by kb99.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

The kb99 platform is strictly available to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which they maintain an active account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. The minimum age for all players on kb99 is 21 years without exception. 21+
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual and not on behalf of a corporate entity or third party.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online betting and gambling activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of any territory where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of kb99 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners.

kb99 reserves the right to request age verification documentation from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by kb99 will result in the suspension or permanent closure of the account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Any account found to have been opened by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed. All deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the original payment method, and any winnings generated will be forfeited in their entirety. kb99 takes underage gambling extremely seriously and cooperates fully with any legal or regulatory inquiry in this regard.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of kb99 services, you must create a registered account. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to notify kb99 promptly of any changes to your registration details.

Each individual may hold only one active account on the kb99 platform at any time. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or through alternative identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts, the forfeiture of all balances across those accounts, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. kb99 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials. You must notify the kb99 support team immediately upon becoming aware of any suspected unauthorised access or security breach relating to your account.

kb99 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant, or to close an existing account, without providing a reason, at its sole discretion. In such cases, any genuine real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to AML verification requirements.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on kb99 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported:

• Mobile Wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, SureCash
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. Players are advised to consult the kb99 Cashier for current applicable limits.

Deposits made via mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically credited to the player's kb99 account within 60 seconds of confirmed payment. Deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 30 minutes. kb99 does not accept cash deposits or bank wire transfers from personal bank accounts as a primary deposit method.

Withdrawal requests are processed by the kb99 finance team during operational hours. Mobile wallet withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank's processing times. kb99 reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal request.

Players may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in their own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to withdraw to a payment account belonging to another individual will result in the rejection of the withdrawal and may trigger an AML review of the player's account.

kb99 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which kb99 accepts no responsibility. All fees charged by third-party payment processors are the sole responsibility of the player.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

kb99 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer is subject to specific wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds may be separated within the player's account. Real-money funds are generally available for withdrawal at any time, subject to identity verification requirements.
• kb99 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• A player may not claim the same bonus offer more than once unless explicitly permitted by the specific promotion's terms.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, collusion with other players, or structured betting designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of any associated winnings, and potential permanent closure of the account.

6 Betting Rules & Game Play

All bets placed on the kb99 platform — whether on cricket, live casino, slots, arcade games, or any other available product — are subject to the specific rules applicable to that product. General betting rules applicable across all kb99 products are as follows:

• Bets placed and confirmed are final. kb99 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except in cases of manifest error (as defined below).
• kb99 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed or accepted in error, including but not limited to errors in odds, lines, or game configuration resulting from a technical malfunction or human error. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed in the betting interface at the time of bet placement. kb99 may alter these limits at any time.
• Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and bilateral series — are governed by the specific cricket betting rules published in the Sports section of the kb99 platform.
• Live casino games provided by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game environment. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the outcome is determined by the game server record, which is the authoritative record of the hand or round.
• All random number generator (RNG) slot and arcade games on kb99 use certified RNG software. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are independently audited. kb99 accepts no liability for natural variance in game outcomes.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kb99 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account on the kb99 platform (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information, including age misrepresentation.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or circumvent platform security measures.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing errors to place bets at incorrect odds or on incorrect markets without notifying kb99.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with any part of the kb99 platform's technology infrastructure.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at kb99 staff or other platform users.
• Using a VPN, proxy service, or any other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location or identity.

kb99 employs sophisticated fraud detection and AML monitoring tools. All accounts and transactions are subject to ongoing monitoring. Where prohibited conduct is identified, kb99 reserves the right to share relevant information with law enforcement or regulatory authorities and to pursue legal remedies as appropriate.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the kb99 platform — including but not limited to the brand name kb99, logos, graphics, interface designs, software code, text, images, and game assets — is the intellectual property of kb99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any content from the kb99 platform without prior written permission.
• Using the kb99 brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any commercial context.
• Creating derivative works based on any kb99 content or software.
• Scraping, crawling, or systematically extracting data from the kb99 platform.

Any unauthorised use of kb99 intellectual property will result in the immediate termination of the player's account and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

kb99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside this document. By creating an account on kb99, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by kb99 is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, customer support, and, where you have opted in, promotional communications. kb99 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data held by kb99, subject to legal retention obligations. 10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kb99 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the player's use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, server outages, or third-party payment provider errors.
• Inability to access the platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
• Errors or delays in the transmission of bets caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Decisions made by game providers regarding the outcome of a round or hand, where those decisions are made in accordance with the certified game rules.

kb99's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the liability.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit kb99's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11 Responsible Gaming

kb99 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all players on its platform. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If at any point gambling ceases to be enjoyable, or if you feel that your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic, kb99 provides the following tools and resources:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control how much you fund your account within a given period. Limits can be reduced immediately but increased only after a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic reminders that alert you when you have been active on the platform for a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary break from the platform for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During this period your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in or receive promotional communications.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and exclude yourself from the kb99 platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months. Any real-money balance at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to your registered payment method.

12 Amendments & Termination

kb99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, kb99 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address on file or via a notice displayed on the platform. Continued use of the kb99 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Players who do not accept the revised Terms must immediately cease using the kb99 platform and contact the support team to close their account. Any real-money balance held at the time of account closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to AML verification requirements.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between kb99 and the player with respect to the use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of kb99 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
